Registration for the Cromar congress should be done through the online registration system. All participants and accompanying persons must register for the conference. Early registrations before September 1st.

important! - CROMAR Congress dates change

April 07 2009

Dear colleagues, we regret, but are forced to inform you about of CROMAR conference dates change to October 8-10 2009 i.e. one week later then the original dates. Unfortunately, due to some other events we were unable to find suitable accommodation for Congress participants in that term, so we decided to change it in order not to have participants dispersed in many small hotels and thus loose the social dimension of the conference. We sincerely hope that this change will not affect your Congress participation.

Congress fees

We would like to inform you about the congress fees. There are two fee types, standard fee and student fee. Both fee types are linked with the date of payment.

Abstract acceptance

February 18 2009

We would like to thank all the collegues for sending their abstracts. Abstract acceptance has been sent via e-mail. The templates for extended abstracts and final papers were attached to the e-mail but can be also found on the documents page.

We expect to recieve the extended abstacts soon (up to 500 words) according to similar rules as for the short abstract. These abstacts will be published in the Book of abstracts. Please, take into account that the deadline for final paper submission is May 15th and can not be prolonged because of the international reviewing process.

In order to help all the collegues who showed interest in participating in the congress, but who were not able to send their abstracts in time, it was decided to extend the deadline for abstact submission until February 28th. This is the final abstact submission deadline wich can not be extended anymore. Find out more on important dates page.
